1) 8/10 on a good day, 5 on a bad one 2) a lot and i still dont have even anything close to it 3) leaning genetics, I'm tall and have a good face, but it's probably about 30% effort since i do try to dress nice and spent years building muscle 4) no. Attractiveness is meaningless none of this accomplishes anything. Dating success is literally all just social proximity to women and i dont have that so fuck me.

I been wondering: How come most guys i know don't have a gf, but most girls either have a bf or explicitly dont want one
/r/PurplePillDebate02/09/25 03:38 AM

that seems very manipulative; is that typically how it goes for most people?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/08/25 07:37 AM

yeah man i dont really get why people would do that 3rd point. I get the first 2 and then, y'know, you ask the person out and maybe you get rejected, it sucks, but that's just how it is sometimes i dont get why someone would start hating their friend for that

no the reason is actually pretty simple: assholes aren't afraid to upset women. Men have been told for a while that women dont want to be bothered or sexualized, and the nice guys actually listened and mostly stayed away, not entirely but mostly, whereas assholes or "dark triad"s don't give a fuck about women's feelings and will talk to everyone and try and sleep with whoever they want. They probably have a lower success rate even, it's just that sleeping with 1% of 5000 girls is still a lot mor…

i see. I spent all last week clubbing and barhopping and didn't see that happen once but that must've just been a weird week

no but like, you're suggesting that after chatting someone up, flirting but not saying anything overt, i openly say to them "sooooo, you wanna go [wherever] and fuck?"
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/25 06:07 PM

you're suggesting that i ask someone to suck my dick in the bathroom or something?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/25 05:49 PM

it's literally not even that; it's just the exposure you have. Some dudes stumble into social circles that surround them with 100s of different women, a few of whom will fuck them, while others simply don't. As long as you aren't actively repulsive, attractiveness and even social skill is barely a factor.

1) clubs have very loud music that's bad for trying to flirt with anyone 2) women only go to those places with large groups of fruends, who they've instructed beforehand to not let them go home with anyone even if they openly want to 3) like 95% of the women there are just there to get drunk and actually dance
/r/PurplePillDebate26/08/25 08:05 AM

Women only go to bars/clubs as a group, and most of the women you'll meet there already have boyfriends anyway.

well, because for me it kinda doesn't, like i do feel less horny in an immediate sense but there's a deeper emotional desire for physical companionship that isn't being satisfied, and after a while i just start getting waves of depression after i come from masturbation
/r/PurplePillDebate18/08/25 04:10 AM
5

many people were having sex young because they thought it made them “cool” and was expected of them, not because they wanted to. Are you saying that a large proportion of the entire population was just doesn't have an innate desire to have sex? They don't feel horny a lot and get lonely or frustrated from not getting it? Not even as hormonal teenagers?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/08/25 05:10 PM
2

actually I've yet to meet a dude who didn't agree that, physically, masturbation is more pleasurable and easier to orgasm from, for guys. It's just the emotional side of things, and the fact that the orgasm itself feels better, that makes guys go for sex over masturbation. I guess maybe that means women are less emotionally invested in having a partner?

isn't that essentially what the term "simp" is?

social connections don't equate to romance though. I've had a large and constantly expanding pool of friends my whole life but never been on a date that wasn't from a dating app

i briefly had a fwb but she ebded up giving me a fucking STD. Luckily it was one of the curable ones. But i will not be doing that again, even though i am very horny.

eh, not any strong opinions. If we go fascist we go fascist, if we go communist we go communist, and if we just kinda stay liberal then that's fine too.

how am i not apolitical? I don't think about or ever directly engage with politics
/r/PurplePillDebate12/06/25 10:34 PM
1

you got it reversed. You can absolutely be affected but it's just not like your actions are ever going to change that. Roe v. Wade was universally popular but still got rescinded; Israel is universally unpopular but every politician on both sides still actively gives it support. J6 led to nothing, BLM led to nothing, Protests haven't done anything in years and they're STILL being cracked down on, yet people act like putting pronouns in your twitter bio, complaining to your 6 friends, and voting …

I am apolitical because I have no power to affect anything. I'm not going to commit violence, I have no aspirations of a political career myself, and I don't have the charisma or dedication to start a movement. I vote on election day and then treat politics as another tv show for the next 4 years. Privileged? I make minimum wage to barely afford to share a shitty apartment with 3 roomates. Unempathetic? I spent years crying myself to sleep over the current state of the world Ignorant? To this da…

well, it neither helps nor hurts you most of the time, whereas being political will help your chances with your chosen political group but absolutely sabotage any remote chance you might've had with the other.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/25 07:56 PM

i don't think wonen are choosing misogynistic men. I think misogynistic men are approaching more women and some women will just sleep with whoever.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/06/25 07:54 PM

I've said this before, I'll say it again: nice, empathetic guys who care about women don't approach much because they don't want to make her uncomfortable, whereas completely self-interested guys who don't care about women's feelings will try to sleep with everyone and keep pushing even if she initially rejects him, which will work occasionally.

eh, i don't really care to be honest (man). Maybe a lil jealousy over wishing i could get laid that much? But no disgust or loss of attraction or anything.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/06/25 07:03 AM

fuck if i know. I've even asked, like cause they know I'm a lil jealous, and they didn't have an answer. Maybe it's that they're both artists? Only thing i can think of.

i mean we ain't any kinda top 1% dudes but I at least tick literally every box i've ever seen or heard of. I'm tall, I'm fit, I have good hygeine, and my face is at least average. I'm for sure hotter than a lot of dudes i've seen be a lot more successful than me at least
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/25 09:03 AM
2

No that's not it. I'm attractive and struggle. I got attractive friends who struggle and are pretty dominant personalitywise. And my two friends who've never had an issue getting pussy in their lives are respectively a short softboy asian dude with anxiety who's so feminine looking he's often mistaken for a girl, and a literal 300lb perpetually jobless mexican whose entire personality can be summarized as "depressed gamer" and showers twice a week if we're lucky
/r/PurplePillDebate03/06/25 05:06 AM

yeah pretty much. The overwhelming majority of single women aren't actively dating. They're happier being alone or they think it's too much stress or they're afraid of being slutshamed or assaulted or they've just had a lot of bad experiences and given up or they accurately believe they don't really need to actively put themselves out there.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/06/25 10:47 AM

Not necesarily. Just because a woman getting into a relationship also means a man is doesn't mean their journeys to get there were equivalent. A woman decides she wanrs a relationship, she can get a dozen dates within a week, and then just choose who she likes from among those, or just do it again next week if she doesn't like any or if the guy's being picky. From that point it's equal and could still not work out but getting to that point is the hard part for men. Even relatively attractive, so…

Well for a lot of people that's the thing you're doing the most. Most of the people you ask out will say no, and most of the people you go on that first date with won't want a second, so if even clearing those first two steps is harder, it's a bigger problem
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/25 09:05 PM
1

yeah, i know that. But why would it be any different if that same guy who you would've been getting the "random dick" from just, happens to be living with/in a relationship with you?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/25 11:08 PM
2

the central argument here is over whether a woman living with just any random man, in the abstract, would be better than not. Just the fact that you're in a relationship doesn't make someone more likely to be able to make you come.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/25 11:04 PM
5

yeah like i feel the general sentiment but a lpt of dudes jump to some weird ass conclusions
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/25 01:57 AM

there is a bonus to living with someone whom one can be romantic and sexual with. what's the bonus? Cause most women could get dick, anytime they want. wear a slutty outfit to any bar, spend 5 minutes on any dating app, hell dm like 2-3 random male insta followers, she can get laid. Same with dates pretty much, it really wouldn't be that difficult.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/05/25 01:01 AM
2

why is wanting sex considered selfish? The woman gets to have sex too, it's equal. It's not "giving you their body" any more than the man is giving her his body. "oh but she probably won't come" so you're blaming the guy for biologically having a higher sex drive than women but women aren't at all at fault for being harder to pleasure than men?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/05/25 07:58 PM
10

i think it more depends on the women. Because i have met women who pretty much only talk about that stuff, but i've also met women who acted borderline asexual even after knowing them for years, and most have just fallen in between those two extremes, like it'll come up pretty often but the majority of what she'll talk about is still other stuff. Could just be my subjective experience though maybe most women aren't like that.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/25 11:13 AM

are you saying that i should be blaming women when i don't come? I thought that was just a me thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/25 10:57 AM

no i didn't know most of it was inside. Not really sure what to do with that info but good to know.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/25 10:54 AM

yeah i've heard a lot of dudes are like that. Damn shame. Feel like it'd be better for everyone if they weren't
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/25 10:53 AM

yeah i don't know man giving cunnilingus is fun but everyone's into different things i guess
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/25 10:52 AM
1

eh, maybe. Complex multifaceted issue but i will say, I've been with women who shared OP's opinion and they almost always came multiple times
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/25 03:54 AM
0

cause it's better? I mean that's why guys have sex even though we're entirely responsible for getting ourselves off
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/25 03:52 AM
2

yeah i mean i always make the woman come but there's no denying it's pretty difficult with some women, and I've also def been with chicks who came 3 fuckin times before i even did once cause they put in effort
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/25 03:51 AM
-9

the common denominator is people who actually consistently put in effort to make themselves come. Obviously men do it. And lesbians have to do it because there's no man involved to do all the work for them.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/25 03:45 AM
5

yeah. I guess a lot of dudes don't really do a lot of the stuff you have to
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/25 03:42 AM
-1

because it doesn't stop until both of them come. My understanding is Lesbian sex typically takes a lot longer and plus lesbians are literally forced to not be completely passive and have no refractory period preventing them from continuing to enjoy themselves after one of them comes
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/25 03:42 AM
-2

cause it's better? Like, do you not enjoy sex more than masturbation? Is the knowledge that someone you're attracted to is actively getting off to you while doing something that's at least moderately pleasurable to you not a turn on for you?
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/25 03:38 AM
0

that's because lesbians specifically have been forced out of this mindset. They literally physically can't both just lie there like straight womem can.
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/25 03:34 AM
1

like i said, i did that. I did get a photographer friend to take my pictures
/r/PurplePillDebate15/05/25 05:38 PM

i did that while being 6'4" and in relatively good shape and it didn't work
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/25 02:44 AM

that's the thing: no it's not. Dating via dating apps is has very different problems. On dating apps, It's very hard to find someone. not find someone interested, find someone at all. As a guy with a high effort profile and average attractiveness, you're lucky to get 1 match a month that isn't a bot or scammer and will actually reply past the first message. Even if you eventually do, it's difficult to form a real connection with the other person because you never even have the chance to talk to …
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/25 02:41 AM
1

i mean it describes me too
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/25 01:56 AM
2

same. I don't really know how to make my feelings explicit so i just never do, and on dating apps i never had to. Stopped using them a couple years ago to force myself to figure it out, but haven't had any success in that time
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/25 01:55 AM
2

dating apps really aren't the place to form meaningful connections.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/25 07:43 PM
1

nah that's not it. I'm tan, lean, tall, and look masculine and still have literally this exact problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/25 07:40 PM

good for you, unfortunately can't relate
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/25 07:38 PM
1

i mean the theory there is like... It shouldn't matter semicolon if they're into you then they equally should be expressing that and if they're not then you never had a chance anyway and would just be pointlessly ruining a potential friendship.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/25 07:37 PM
2

Are you saying that you shouldn't get to know someone and form an emotional connection before trying to get with them?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/25 07:25 PM
3

yep, all of them. I can't think of any counterexamples among the women i've met personally.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/05/25 12:45 AM
4

all the women i've met have had literally 0 trouble finding partners. Maybe not the specific partners they want but, even the most unsociable shut-in women seem to have an ex or two and a few guys trying to get with them.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/25 10:06 PM
10

So just... give up, is your advice? You're fucked, maybe one day years down the line you'll meet one person who gives you a chance, but stop complaining and learn to deal with it even if you don't?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/05/25 09:58 PM

I like seeing and reading about gender dynamics. And i feel like most other places that sort of discussion is entirely colored by either feminist, misogynist, or purely academic discourse. on here it's just people posting genuinely about their opinions and experiences usually without any obvious intent to propagandize their belief system. Plus i can't really relate to any of this. It's just very different from how literally all of my experiences with women and dating and also other men have been…
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/25 11:34 PM

honestly if she listens to her body and does what feels good for her, that's more than most women. Seems like most women just lay there like a dead fish, don't communicate at all about what they want, and expect the guy to do 100% of the work to make them come.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/25 07:06 PM
2

most people are fundamentally sex-negative fucking source? I really don't think that's the case. Even for women, they just hate other things about men more than theyvlike sex. And it is most definitely not true for men, like at all
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/25 07:03 PM
1

that's not why i'm here
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/25 07:01 PM
1

well, guys like that don't reveal themselves as such until they're already at the point of having sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/25 06:38 PM
1

That's pretty fucked it seems like you're doing exactly what you should and it's a real problem that a lot of these guys are still treating you that way.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/25 06:31 PM
1

I find that 1000x more respectable than women who get super picky about this shit because of propaganda or 1 bad experience.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/25 06:25 PM
1

well, it would mostly be beneficial in 2 ways: it would make it a lot easier to get experience. Even if the relationship goes badly, having experience with dating and relationships can be both emotionally helpful (you don't feel completely alone and unworthy, you just feel like your last partner specifically was a bitch), and teach you how to interact with women and make them not feel uncomfortable around you. second, it doesn't matter if she barely likes you and is actively looking to move on i…
/r/PurplePillDebate10/05/25 06:22 PM

that's not because there are more bad men than women it's because, underreporting of male sexual assault aside, the average bad man is just worse than the average bad woman. The same number are still bad.
