Easiest way is to learn about her life history. It’s invariably a train wreck. They speak bad of nearly everyone in their lives and nothing is their fault and they usually want to be saved. They also can’t take disagreement or shame or stress or responsibility. Drop an ounce of dread on a BPD bitch and she will combust into a monster. They also have no boundaries. They’ll get real close, real quick. As in “I move in with all my BFs within the first month.” Another sign is them idolizing you and …

Been there. It just takes time, and coming to not enjoy the ego boost. At this point, it just makes me wary. Took a while though. Hang in there.

As she was saying all this I was simply packing my things and smiling. But inside my fucking throat was clenching with all the rage trying to blow out, I had an argument against her every accusation, I wanted to call her an ungrateful bitch so bad. But I didn't. I kept quiet and smiled. I learned the hard way over time that this is the correct way to handle BPD chicks. There’s no point in arguing with them or trying to reason with them or anything like that. Don’t even engage them. Just get out.…

Mine did that too. She did it often enough that by the end I would cheer her on, which made her mad because it was all full of shit like everything else they do. BPD girls are like children. You can’t deal with them like adults, you just need to leave. Everything they say is manipulative nonsense.

Truer words are rarely spoken. As an added tip, don’t try to make sense of them or think of how you can improve based on their complaints and statements about you. It’s all BPD nonsense. They’re actively trying to destroy your mind.

My experience has been very different. With BPD girls, don’t discuss things and just get out. But if you get a girl that’s head over heels for you and sees you as alpha, at least with most of the girls I’ve been with, they all end up agreeing with me and are pretty red pill. I never brought it up, they usually did, and we joked and had a good time with it, even making fun of the way other girls acted. I tend to get with people off the beaten path though. One BPD girl I was with actually hated gi…

I’ve found it’s best not to tell girls how things are with BPD people in any specific detail. At least not until you know them really well and they trust you to the max after a longer period of time. They’ll hear stories like that, and some of them will try to sympathize with the girl or think there’s something you’re not telling them because it doesn’t seem to ‘add up’ or make any sense. It’s really hard for people to accept that there is no sense to it, that’s how they act. With mine, she’d co…

I’ve only seen a handful of apologies, and it was always in service to getting what they wanted, or to stave off abandonment if they felt they had no one else. Still rare though.

Having BPD is like having no emotional skin. Most people can take ups and downs with their emotions and still come back to an even keel, realizing they were off and doing their best to make up for it. BPD women have no keel. There is no even. They’re wherever the wind blows them, and light as a feather in how far they can blow. When they’re good? They’re great. Better than anyone else you’ve ever known. When they’re bad? They will murder you over milk that they themselves spilt because they feel…

I was with someone with BPD for several years too. As is the trend, that’s what ended up leading me to the Red Pill. Not that I was ever really Blue. More like it turned me Crimson. It’s a painful thing to be in a BPD relationship as well as get out of one, but I made it out unscathed and without PTSD or anything. Like many I’ve had those moments of deep loss and depression in the aftermath, but my life’s great now and it’s pretty hard to get me down. Before all that, I had dated a number of oth…

Water retention plays a big role too. Being a fat planet certainly makes that worse, but you’d be surprised how much fatter 1-2lbs of water can make you look, especially on your face. The most attractive guys usually have faces that make it almost impossible to look fat, even if they actually are fat elsewhere. I’ve had people ask me if I had a face lift just from losing less than a pound of water weight from water retention in my face.

It’s still one of the pillars of your argument though. It’s also not clear that it can be done unless you took more time to demonstrate that, as plenty of gymnasts do train using the heavy compound movements you’re deriding as part of their training. You’d have an easier time arguing that breaking up some of the heavier compound movements is better than the full movement, like the deadlift, as they are easier to recover from the stronger you get.

Likely a bit of selection bias going on here. Do elite level gymnasts look like that because they train differently, or are they elite level gymnasts because they have genes conducive to that? Does swimming make you tall and lanky, or do tall and lanky people make good swimmers?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
