1	Men are not blindsided by breakups/divorce as much as they think It’s not so much that. A lot of us aren’t that sharp with reading social signals and the like. I put a lot of work into prior relationships (to the point I had exes texting me dirty stuff after I asked them to stop) and still got blindsided once or twice. Quite a few times it was exes I remained on good terms with, so I guess we both knew it wasn’t going to work out long term.
