7	Man faces 4 yrs in prison and registration as sex offender for planning sex with 13 yr old. Female high school teacher faces probation and no sex offender registration after having sex over 50 times w "Much worse"? Technically, the difference between 13 and 15 could be reduced to only a year and a day difference.
