1	This isn't how equality works Thing is there is inherent bias that men are better than women when all things are equal. So when hiring people with identical skills, men are hired on the premise they are better. To counter that bias, there is a focus that in those cases, women should be hired. If that happens enough, I think that bias will stop, or at least be less.	/r/MensRights	13/08/22 09:35 PM
