Are you high? This situation. So in California if the mother goes for state benefits, she can claim any man as the father, the man is sent paperwork to his last known address, (let's say he has moved) if he doesn't respond with a period of time (I believe it is 30 days). He is now assumed to be the father and is on the hook to the state to repay what she is being paid in state benefits.

This is what the study says: “In 2011, for example, this survey showed that equal numbers of men and women reported being forced into non-consensual sex (either raped themselves or forced to penetrate someone else).” Equal numbers of men and women are RAPED.
