1	False Rape Accusations Advice Megathread It’s a communication problem. You can’t say “I was forced to drive” if you were the only person present. You can say “I didn’t really gave consent” if you were asked when you didn’t understand a thing. 1	False Rape Accusations Advice Megathread The point is that usually driving is a one man job (so it’s obvious who’s responsible in case of drunk driving), whereas it takes 2 people to have sex.
