Most likely not, women's bodies down to the bone structure and organs (for example female bladders are smaller to compensate the uterus) are made to fit the whole uterus and the baby that will develop within. Men's aren't, disregarding the sheer amount of chemical/hormonal work to support a pregnancy the growing baby will be a huge health risk.

Eh don't worry bout it OP, just a bunch of women that either blew their chances or are just delusional from what they've been told by their relatives, friends and the media. Just live your life and ignore em they'll continue to age and get more and more bitter every year they remain single due to their crazy behaviors.
