I actually think its a bit more complicated with Melania. At this point in her life, she doesn't need Donald's money. Even when she was younger, she was a fairly successful model. But there is a status element there i'm sure. e.g. she knows that Donald has a certain caliber of social clout. So i'd call her a "social clout digger" more than a "gold digger." Some people just really get off on being in "high society" -- they crave it even more than money.

I built 5 houses. Not worth it. You can get existing structures for dirt cheap if you go to an area of the country that is away from a major city. The Standard Urban Model dictates that real estate prices fall for every mile that you get away from downtown. So, if you're willing to drive, the prices usually get much better. It's all about location. Living "off the grid" sucks unless you're crazy about being a mountain man. Not for me. I like Amazon Prime and Air Conditioning.

I opened my old "Business Ideas" Microsoft Word file when I saw this post: 56 pages 13,323 words whenever i get an idea i write it down. I've failed in business probably more than anyone who will ever read this post. I have a couple mildly successful online business now. Just keep your eyes open and keep trying new things.

Holy crap man! We gotta do something about this student loan thing in USA. What did you study? Was it worth it? I paid off 18k in credit cards last year. Can't even believe how stupid I used to be. I look back on those days now and am so relieved to be out of that mess.
