1	Does TRP have a double standard in evaluating men and women and is it justified? Well if they are in the tech industry then of course they CAN learn, so there's that. You may see them as lazy. I see them as having weighed the benefits of working hard at that job (a raise or promotion) against the cons (not seeing or being able to take care of family or whatever) and found that it wasnt worth it.	/r/TheRedPill	09/11/14 09:14 PM

I dont think you know that many working women or probably work in an office where the women have no way to improve their title thus dont have a reason to want to work later than 5. Who the fuck would want to work late if there were no benefit for them? Im a woman and an engineer and I know if I work hard to get multiple projects out on time I'll be rewarded by a pay raise or even a promotion. So I do.
