I do feel for the next generation of Americans, Canada in certain areas has whats called a 'no zero' policy to children failing grades ands its harming the work ethic and developing a sense of self worth in the youth. 1	What Makes a Man? To extrapolate further, since 2013 Canada has had 3 school shootings and adjusted for the US population being 10x larger would be around 30 school shootings to compare to the 291 US shootings. Canada has a very similar feminist culture as the United States. Mexico arguably has a more macho male culture which still is in line with OP's discussed traditional male upbringing, with 2 school shootings since 2013 (5 when adjusted for the US population).
