The First Amendment protects people from the government's interference with their own, individual religious choices, including the choice to get ritually circumcised. Groups doing rituals together are only protected from government interference when each individual member consents to their role in the ritual. It doesn't protect a parent or guardian or group when any of those parties acts to violate the bodily autonomy rights of others. It's a crime to slice and rip off the foreskin of a grown ma…

I would suggest an admission of guilt to be needed Forced confessions are a thing, be they forced by interrogators or by an unknown outsider who has credibly threatened severe harm to a loved one overseas. Some people, for the sake of notoriety, have even called in to police stations to claim credit for widely publicized crimes that they didn't commit. Some people confess to crimes in order to protect the actual perp, because the first person cares about the perp personally or the perp previousl…

You never know if a conspiracy of people, including some cops and a prosecutor with a grudge, came together to doctor "footage" of someone they hate. Also, with AI quickly becoming more and more capable of doctoring footage in real time, and with the capacity of such doctoring being done by hidden hackers using something like Pegasus, it's only going to be more difficult to trust "footage" from here on out. That's even more reason to ban the death penalty.

Another case study showing the need to ban the death penalty and establish and reinforce dignified prison conditions and life.

Find your fellow tribe members, my man. Life is more of a struggle for some of us than for others, but please keep fighting. You're not alone 🫂

Men can get breast cancer. I don't know the full context of the image on the screen depicted, but I always remember hearing, like here, that breast cancer risk passes from mothers to daughters. Such a widespread perception has probably led many women and their doctors to overlook the possibility of fathers passing such risk onto their daughters. If the article is just trying to make women aware of the need to also take into account the risk they inherit from their fathers, that's a good thing.

Can't wait to hear the FGM proponents pipe up and say they'll also shoot anyone that tries to stop them from, or punish them for, cutting off parts of their daughters' genitals. Kolodin should move to Israel if he wants to get away with having his male offspring de-foreskinned. Edit: There's a big difference between raising your kids Jewishly and forcibly cutting off a part of their bodies.

That woman's silence thing really drives me up the wall. They are obviously dodging responsibility in those moments, and its just plain dirty. Couldn't agree more.

Thanks for your reply! I completely agree with you that points 6 & 7 involve irresponsible and stupid assumptions on the man's part. I would say, however, that a misunderstanding isn't stealthing, and the woman's ability to fix the situation at various points increases her own responsibility over the outcome of a pregnancy.

I largely agree with you there as far as I understand what you're saying. How would you assign responsibility in the following case: The woman restricts her vagina near the end of coitus, causing the man's condom to pull on his shaft skin, causing him pain. As a result, the man says "Ow!", pulls out and asks the woman if she wants him to stop or continue. The woman says nothing in response. The man assumes she wants him to finish up from the combination of the fact that she tightened up and the …

That probably contributes to domestic violence, cheating, and controlling behavior. Elect libertarians where you can to help dismantle oppressive policies.

Women produce smegma, too. Men can clean up down there just like you [ostensibly] clean between your labial folds. You can demand the use of a condom. Imagine an attractive man refusing to have sex with you when he finds out you didn't get your "unnecessary" labia and clitoral hood removed.

There's also the many doctors, hospitals and clinics that make $$$ off performing circumcisions and sometimes selling the removed foreskins.

The point of no-fault divorce is that the abused partner doesn't need to provide proof of their abuse to the State. Ideally, they can simply get the paperwork done and notify their abuser that the marriage is annulled. Any further negotiations regarding splitting up "shared" property would take place after that.

The government shouldn't be involved in dictating marriage contracts or conditions for divorce. It should be up to either party to initiate a no-fault divorce anywhere.

Yeah. I don't think I would have felt particularly angry in the reverse of my own situation, wherein a female virgin lies to me about her experience so she can sleep with me.

You're completely right about the hypocrisy regarding high vs. zero body count. If people could buy sex, you wouldn't be hearing as many complaints about virgins lying about their experience in order to get laid. I don't think lying about virginity is a big deal, especially if the person admits the truth afterwards, but from my own experience as someone who did lie about my virginity to get laid, I think being honest from the get go about being a virgin makes the more experienced person more lik…

Good advice. Wish I had been more diligent myself as to documentation. Unfortunately, one can't use any of that documentation if all the allegations are being spread behind your back and people subsequently harass you without directly telling you what you've been accused of doing and to whom. Edit: actually, the documentation can help you to contact past women you've been with to see if they will admit to accusing you of anything to your face.

Unfortunately I don't even have much money for myself, so "interesting" is putting it mildly. She hasn't made any contact with me, and since I don't know her last name I can't find her on social media to see if she has a kid about the age one would expect if the mom got pregnant around when I was with her.🤷‍♂️

She was twenty eight at the time. As I rushed into it and didn't get to know her, I have no idea if she was trying to find someone to impregnate her. I don't even know for sure that she really got pregnant, let alone from our interaction, as the guy who later stalked me didn't actually say that I had gotten anybody pregnant, but seemed to imply it in a circumlocutory way.

I think my inexperience played the most significant role here, and I can definitely understand in retrospect why she would assume I would come outside of her after my telling her I would take off the condom. The subsequent behavior by the stalker guy I mentioned is what makes me wonder if she has been falsely telling people that I'm a stealther.

It was my first time having sex, and I definitely was confused about some things. In the moment, I kept going as I thought she wanted me to finish up, and I was hoping she also might be open to trying again at a later date and we could get better as a duo. I took the condom off because I figured (correctly in this case) that skin-on-skin with lube wouldn't hurt me so much and might even feel better to her. I wasn't thinking beyond "Yay! First sex."
