Not murder though.

None of them even understood what the discussion was about. It's almost impressive.

You're basically agreeing with me. I still see no actual source claiming "HIPAA" is the reason you can refuse a breathalyzer test, because the results of a breathalyzer test is not medical data. Which is what HIPAA protects.

Breath, saliva, blood are all covered under HIPAA Doubt. If there is one thing I know about HIPAA and americans it's that you know about the acronym, but you have no idea what it actually means. HIPAA protects any data about you obtained while undergoing medical examinations etc. Basically what's in your medical journal is private information. That's it. The results of blowing into a breathalyzer is evidence collected by law enforcement, and not covered by HIPAA. If you have some actual facts to…

See, that's the answer the OP was looking for!

Dude, the question you're responding to was asking why don't the police have breathalyzers in the car, and instead have to do these improvised sobriety tests where you have to stand on one leg and count backwards from 25 or whatever. Your response was "because you have rights in the USA". That's not a relevant argument in the context of the conversation. Nor is it anything even remotely unique to the USA.

Exactly. So the "rights" of the driver is not relevant to why breathalyzers aren't used on the scene.

Yeah, so "having rights" is a poor argument against breathalyzers in the car.

Then why can't they refuse any test of sobriety? So what's the difference?

I mean 12 years seems excessive.

Agreed. Make her lose her job, and a year or two, max, possible suspended sentence and I'd say the message was sent. This is just typical, American revenge porn as per usual.

There is no "pussypass" to deny in Dubai. That country is truly fucked up in its view of women.

I think the problem isn't the account, it's the dishonesty. My wife and I have shared accounts, as well as private accounts and I see no problem with that what so ever. In fact, it's great because we never argue about money. If I want to buy something, I have my own money to do so, and don't need to check with anyone.

No no no, I'm having peanuts, and had pasta for dinner just a couple of hours ago. And yeah, weird. I still think abandoning a child who views you as her father because you're pissed at her mother makes you a spineless piece of shit. And honestly, if I could think of something worse to call you and the other weak willed man-children in this conversation who think like you, I would.

There is more at stake in this situation than your bruised, pathetic ego.

Well, you're already in it, way at the back, in the chapter about "Spineless pieces of shit who would abandon a child they cared for for three years". There is also a note in the margin: "Pathetic incel"

Yeah, imagine that, someone thinking abandoning a kid who has seen you as a dad for three years is a bullshit move. And I'm the bad guy. Go look in a mirror, and think about what you see in there. Because let me tell you, it's not a man.

I have a two year old, and a five year old. This guy is a piece of trash. And hey, so are you.

If you spend three years taking care of a child, then throw her out because "she's not yours", you're a piece of fucking shit. Way worse than cheating, in my book.

Yeah, like when they rape children. What the actual fuck is wrong with you, white knighting a child rapist?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
