This line of thinking is so overused and stupid. When you approach anyone, there is an expectation to be had. Why else would you go out of your way to approach someone and speak to them?

Makes no sense. Because then the women assumes the guy is “just being nice”, and then when he finally goes to make a move after getting to know her, she’s surprised that this “nice guy who I thought was just a friend” would suddenly want to act on this interest. Women know if they want to be romantically involved with a guy immediately. Anyone who tells you otherwise is trying to sell you false hope
