I’m a woman and I see that argument a lot, and another one I see is “Misandry is a response to misogyny so it’s justified and is how we fight it.” Okay, then why aren’t black people fighting racism from white people by being racist to white people back? I used to try to argue with these TikTok misandrists, but they just refuse to listen to actual logic. A lot of them just think that bigotry and discrimination is okay against men and no matter what I say to them they just don’t listen. Or they just refuse to understand that because 90% of violent crimes are committed by men it doesn’t give you a right to say that all men are evil. (That’s the most common one I see) I really just report the account and block them, as I just don’t try anymore.

I think that’s a dumb rebuttal to the argument about men’s suicide numbers, because more committed suicide is worse than more attempts. Multiple suicide attempts can come from one person, while a person can only commit suicide once. More attempts but less commits just shows that women have better mental health systems in place than men. Probably not helped by the “Men can’t cry or show their feelings” thing. It’s probably why men commit more, they feel like they can’t be vulnerable.

I looked it up, and absolutely no way, I think the definition should just be “Unconsensual Sex?!” Obviously a bit more elaborated, but this is probably why people say that women can’t rape people, because by legal definition they can’t. But using this argument is dumb anyway, because its like saying that a 90 year old dating a 18 year old isn’t creepy because it’s technically legal. Still weird asf.

This reminds me of the whole Casey Anthony thing going on recently. She got only four years when the usual sentencing for first-degree murder is 20 years to life. Edit: Not to mention that she hid the fact she murdered her daughter for 31 days, saying the smell in her car was old pizza.

What she exactly said that so many people are calling sexist is "Well you're broke, and you're a man" A lot of her fans are saying what she said wasn't sexist but true, and it wasn't wrong for her to say it.
