I nominate u/TakeThePinkPill I may not agree with her on everything or believe everything she says; but from my experience, I think she is reasonable and from what I have seen she has a solid post history here on PPD. She could be a great addition to the moderation team. In regards to timezone, I think she is American.

Not necessarily changed my mind, but the blue pill in me truly want to believe what this one female user on this sub is saying, I think it's u/TakeThePinkPill. She has talked about about what life is like for lesser females, and I truly want to believe it and have my mind changed, but it's so incredibly difficult to do so given how OLD/social media completely changed the game for females. Even lesser females are drowning in options these days because of OLD/social media, it's insane.

Stop doing exercises that you truly hate. However, keep in mind that sometimes we have to do things we may not like. There is no end all be all exercise when it comes to exercising. Don't like squats? Do hack-squats, leg-press, lunges etc. Don't like old fashioned bench-press? Do some machine/cable chest exercises or use dumbbells. Don't like running? Do cycling, walking, sprinting, elliptical machine etc.

I think it's more of a thing among steak enthusiasts and when somebody wants to have an expensive steak well done. Cooking a steak to well done ruins the differences between an expensive one for $200 and a cheap one from Walmart for $15. The tenderness, juices etc disappears when you cook an expensive steak to well done, and at that point you might as well just buy a cheap steak.
