That is why I'm going to gym. Believe me, I'd love to do MMA, boxing, Jui Jitsu and all that, but when you have to hustle 24/7 there is hardly any time left for gym. Have to sort out those priorities. Also, nobody addressed the risk of eventual micro brain concussions from these sports. It has the benefit of being fairer in the sense that in the real world, it's very hard to make a sweeping law that ends up having a fair outcome in every scenario.
