Yay! That's awesome to hear that it's paying off! Do you have any specific books that helped you?

I used to be bad at that too but I've gotten better with it. Now I just have to work on my other emotional issues

I'm sorry to hear that but I'm glad you're getting better! I will probably need to go through a similar process so it's good to hear that it works

I tried this and it only made things worse. We are very determined to have good communication and honesty in our relationship but unfortunately we may take it to the extreme where we don't just drop anything. I think maybe this is something we should also learn to do

Maybe I am a little tired. Life is a little crazy right now. Thank you for the insight! It's good to know I'm not the only one with these struggles

That's such a beautiful response. I love the request for a hug cause I def need those sometimes. Is there anything I can do to stop irrational emotions or is it just something I should learn to separate?

I'll work on that more and then try deeper thought into what happens in the day earlier that could have caused me to act "sad." Thank you!

I'll look into it! Thanks so much for the suggestion! Edit: I read up a little bit about it and I have never had an out of body experience but what I feel sometimes I would describe as feeling detached from my emotions or like a robot so I may have a mild form of it.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
