Just explain to your mom that you are freeing women from the misgonisitc idea that woman must be in a relationship, get married, have a family, and raise kids. By opting out of relationship you are giving freedom back to the hands of the woman and shows you are a true feminist who wants to enable woman to live the life they want to life rather than be forced to follow society that is molded by the oppresive patriarchy. Got to go full ghost and chameleon on these people, even if it's your own fam…

Would the courts be able to throw out the prenup because it was signed under duress? I've seen enough stories like this to know that courts will throw out the prenup papers and bypass the law if they can find a way to show that the woman was coerced/forced to sign up. The whole point of the prenup is to prevent further financial struggles during a breakup but I see it as a way for the woman to reason that she had to sign under duress or else the male fiancé wouldn't marry her.
