I thank you for that. I'm wired as anything right now and didn't sleep. I've got my rational brain saying this isn't the right time to make decisions and agreeing with much of what everyone is saying here but the emotions make that voice of reason sound completely insignificant. Being 100% serious, I am wondering if trying a lesbian relationship would help me. I'm not sexually attracted to women but I crave someone to fill the void with an emotional and affectionate connection.

I'm inside out and upside down at this point. I was serious about the sports I was involved in and the team I had, but I got hurt, didn't recover well, and had to drop it. I thought I was great at my hobbies and then became disconnected from it when I didn't have the time or money to be as involved. Those were large parts to my identity. I was artistic and, according to other people, talented, but I've had a huge creative block. The common theme is, "This is out of your control and there's nothi…

I have a question about femininity. I think I know the answer but I'll put it up anyway; more gals than just me are getting something out of this thread. Are all the few good conservative men looking for one type of woman, that being a "girly" princess trope? Soft, pink colors, sunshine, rainbows, fragile and innocent? I've stated I'm an outdoorsy person. I also enjoy dark genres like metal, punk rock, scary movies. I like hunting, riding, and strenuous sports.

I can see what you're saying. "Conservative woman" seeking more traditional roles could be more accurate to describe myself then. I am questioning my choice of job, yet have to make a living somehow. I mean, it just looks like there isn't a matching man for every woman of this type. For every virgin, submissive, family-minded woman who takes care of her body and life, there aren't enough men of equal footing. Men in TRP complain there aren't enough women who could make good wives, when these sam…

It just doesn't make any sense to me, from women opposite the feminists in my life I was told if I was young that I would have the best men seeking me but instead I've had 9/10 of them be feminized men who didn't have anything to offer to a relationship with me besides unhappy companionship. If I complain to relatives, I'm told I must be too picky and need to give men a chance as if I'm being a snob when that couldn't be farther from the truth. When expectations didn't meet reality I became hard…

Heck, I dated men with no job or intent to get one. I cut off at outright creepers, of which there was one, who just met me and followed me around closely with wide eyes asking me for my number and where I lived, what my plans were. He started calling me a bitch and men nearby told him to knock it off. He was about a year younger than me. I live with my father, he's sort of a hermit and does not like visitors. I only invite girl friends over to the property to do something with my pets outside. …

My weight has always been low, sometimes too low, and I pay close attention to my diet and fitness. I have acne and am active outside often in a humid climate so makeup is difficult, I stick to light eye makeup. I don't think I'm in the 8-10 SMV range, but I'm not 4 or below. I don't have stunner looks to snag attention, yet I don't believe I'm a turn-off. I've tried dresses, skirts, getting into flowing things instead of t-shirts and jeans. No dice.

Looking at it, I think I lost my shit. I'm at the point to make a ranty post but not quite to actually throw in the towel. I would realistically put my SMV at about 6/10 counting my face with acne. I'm fit, my weight hovers around 19 BMI. I've never been overweight or close to it, I have the opposite problem of being too thin sometimes. I tried a dating app with poor results. I'm certain that I'm not real pleasant to be around right now. I had been full of hope, it all just took a nose dive.

I wanted marriage not only for a partner but for a family. Once I got away from high school I realized I actually really, really wanted to have children. I come from a large family and want to have many kids like my grandmother. Whenever I expressed this opinion, people told me I need to "get started now."

It's not so much that it's too hard but I believe it is impossible for all traditional women like me to find a traditional man. I don't see any sign that what I've done is working or makes a difference.

It's reached this point, I'm angry enough to make a ranty post. I agree, the anger isn't helping me.

I'm pissed that we all haven't come to a similar conclusion men in the TRP have. Traditional women are a dying breed and so are traditional men. Adapting to the unbalanced modern society now is what practically all of us have to do.

I go to church and am active in their group events, I also trained with men in sports. I met single men, but none were interested in me. I think my biggest flaws are acne and recently my anxiety. I have struggled with acne since puberty, I can only manage it and accept it. I'm trying to get my anxiety under control with counseling and coping, and trying to change something about my lifestyle to fix the underlying issue.

I lowered my standards so much, I was open to any warm body that showed interest in me. During and right after high school, I was picky. I wanted an outdoorsman who could lead the relationship, who had similar religious and political beliefs to mine. Being around the extreme leftists of today is no better than pulling my teeth out, and my faith is central to my life. I don't think just being thin and in a male space would have the effect you say. I joined a male space due to the feminist influen…

I'm game. Give me a minute to check. 1st Edit: Setting up... 2nd Edit: Aaand it's on. 3rd: I'm going to keep editing this instead of replying, because I highly doubt they're going to SCROLL DOWN one inch on my profile. But, let's see how long that lasts, haha 4th: Oh, Steph, they treat you so well... They removed my comment that got kinda buried. The thread has actually gotten pretty big. Good grief.
