Has your growth plate closed up yet? Because it would be illegal for you to take HGH, human growth hormone, the hormone that makes you taller that nobody tells you about for reasons. Edit: Technically if you are short enough, you can legally be prescribed HGH for short stature by a doctor. Or I guess if you know somebody that might work too.

Yeah it could be that you're completely correct on the object level, that women are mostly insincere but their criticisms are more sincere. I was more imagining that you were disbelieving everything a woman says unless it's negative, which again could be an accurate assessment of the average woman's sincerity, but it sounds like it would be miserable.

One thing I would caution you about, which I don't have personal experience with but which I suspect might be problem is that frame is itself a frame. As in- you can have a belief about frames which is 'if I break frame she will leave me' with some accompanying feeling of 'and this will show that I'm deeply unlovable and pathetic' or similar.
