You can't get your youth back, but if you do 3 hrs a week of strength training and 5-6 hrs of cardio you will find yourself fit and mobile. My father is in his 70s and still cycles, walks, enjoys life... because he maintained cardio fitness and does a bit of weights. Most of his peers are basically couch bound.

A corollary: women aren't entitled to not feel anxious in public spaces. Deal with your own anxiety disorder. There's also alot of social pressure to marry or at least be in LTIRs once you get to a certain age. Reddit skews urban pretty strongly but if you live outside of a core urban area and are a single male over about 33-35 who isn't extremely strongly involved in the community / churches etc people will start spreading rumours about you like wildfire. Unattached men over 35 are viewed with incredibly deep suspicion in suburban and rural areas.
