4	Period hormones Woman mid 30s here... You're right, regardless of a woman's hormones, she should not take out her emotions on you. I would encourage some empathy from the man though. I used to never understand how emotional women could be on their periods, until, a few years ago I ended up with estrogen dominance and wow 🤯 I became a hormonal mess.
