People from different places and from different backgrounds have different views. The only absolutes I know of include gravity, strong force, weak force, electromagnetism, and some mathematical variables so most subjects outside of that rely on subjective abstract thought. This is one of those subjects so it results in multiple answers like most things in the world.

Because the men in charge wouldn’t let women into combat . In the US they lobbied for 20 years to change it until 2013 when it passed. And conscription laws still haven’t been changed though I am sure they will if we don’t continue to go backwards.

The same amount of women as men attempt suicide, but use less effective methods which results in there being far fewer suicides.

Fathers and sons don’t need to belong to someone to be considered people historically. The phrase started so that men could learn to care about women not related to them (to reduce abuse rates) and imparting the idea that the women belong to another man was to get men to value them. It definitely is telling.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
