Lost a lot of my appetite, but no real change to weight. Reading has slowed down a little. Gotta keep getting through the content. Have started Rian’s videos, starting with the NMMNG series. Am enjoying these and expect they help drill that book home. Positive of isolation has been a weekend to myself (family out of town)…

Are we ok with it or do we want better? As it stands now I don't get paid the money I do if this week wasn't demanding and tedious. Goal is that an event like this (unavoidable and not able to be predicted) wouldn't lead to a shit week in future. The solution: I hire and train people into my team (long term), I fight harder for resources. The second of those I've been dragging my feet on and need to be far more assertive. The next layer up, is do you want to be a part of such situations in the…

I had my first shit session at the gym, after limited sleep and a demanding week of work. A little fall back to reality, but at least the habit is getting more and more ingrained. Went to the physio to fix my posture. He was a helpful young dude, we went through my workout regim…

For sure I want to nurture that. I'm far from smooth at doing it yet, though. In this case I replied (this was all over text) "No babe, you did good"

As in, is her behaviour as expected otherwise? More or less. I'm complaining less and slightly better to be around myself - in turn she's become less painful to be around too. All on a small scale though.

OYS 2 30yo, married 3 years, 1 kid 5’10” | 177lbs BF 18% (mirror) OHP88x6 SQ155x7 DL200x10 BP160x4 Read: NMMNG, 50% of WISNIFG, most of sidebar Physical Adding weight to my lifts every time I go is a treat. Let's see how long that can be maintained. Posture is a long-avoided issue of mine and needs lots of work. I self diagnose as having forward head posture but don't know if it's lack of flexibility or poor strength in certain muscles that are causing it. Going to the physio this week to try so…

First time poster after lurking for a month and beginning to lift two weeks ago. Physical Have started the GSLP program, three days a week. I've been to the gym on and off for the last eight years but never with enough intensity and always with an embarrassing routine of exercises (lots of arms, zero legs). The last couple of years have been …
