Still shouldn't make any noticeable difference whatsoever with the weights mentioned above by OP. MAYBE if you full stacked one side with 20kg plates and put nothing on the other you might see some effect, but for this.... NOPE.

Yes, that shouldn't make any difference whatsoever when using a Smith machine. When I can't be bothered to stick an extra 5kg + 2.5kg plate on each side (when doing traps for example), I'll just put one 15kg plate on any side (doesn't matter) along with my 20 plates and use it. Putting on 1 plate vs. 4. This guy has obviously just made up the story trying to bait people imo.

Yes, that's pretty much all I do (lift). I eat pretty healthily, no added sugars, lots of water, only consume alcohol about once every 2/3 months. My sleep routine is also becoming very disciplined because of my university timetable, I just really, really struggle with the social things.

Honestly my life is pretty shit. Anyhow and working a typical 9-5 would bore me to death. I think the strict regimented military life would benefit me greatly. Also, I live in the UK so would be joining the British forces. Not that it makes much of a difference, as I'm sure Britain will be involved in a conflict between the US and NK. But as bad as it sounds, I wouldn't really care if anything happened to me.

Completely true. I am looking to get in a relationship in the future. However, I will not consider a relationship with someone who accesses social media more than a couple times a week. If they take selfies and all of that shit to upload to instagram, then it's a no from me. Girls who seek validation in the form of likes and attention from others are trouble.

I guess you'd say I am bulking. I just eat slightly over my maintenance and have been doing so for 2 years approx. I started off sub 8-10%bf (skinny bitch) and am now at around 15% with, aim to cut before summer.. Now It's not just the women I care about either, it's everything. Friends (or lack thereof), social life, social interaction, girls, confidence etc.
