In my country doctors offices (GPs) are open 9am-5pm weekdays and closed on weekends which means women are far more likely to be able to see a doctor as they are more likely to work part time or not work at all.

They already have more rights, easier access to healthcare in most western countries with more money invested into womens health and the "pay gap" has been debunked numerous times. No one is saying MGM is worse than FGM. But male circumcision is more important for us in the West because it is so accepted and normalized.
