Maybe you should post your real life personal examples of how your every day life is affected by this so called “ongoing war on masculinity”.

A random post in an online forum from one unchallenged anonymous individual claiming to be a family lawyer should be questioned, similarly should believing in the statements of a YouTuber with an actual domestic violence conviction.

Doxxing is illegal. Not going away. This is a public forum. Everyone with a considered view is welcome. The advice here in the original post is not as useful as getting assistance for substance abuse and seeking out help to address emotional and violent behavior.

How do you determine the difference between “legitimate” and “tactical” claims of violence?

Sure, emotional outbursts can be a result of past trauma. Divorce is certainly the right answer in many cases. Seeking help and assistance is important because no one should face these types of challenges alone or without support.

This difference is I’m not representing myself as a professional. The original poster is representing themselves as “family law advice” and a “lawyer” from “Australia”. It is unprofessional and unethical to come to a chat and claim those things without putting their credentials in their About page. If you are weren’t familiar with social media and online networking, up to 50% of conversations can be bot generated and or troll farms chiming in from Saudi Arabia, Macedonia, Russia, China, and othe…

You back up your statements with no evidence so it is impossible to determine whether any of what you say is accurate or not factual.

Even though the system is imperfect, it is essential to report abuse, and keep reporting to different authorities until you are heard.

That link is to a YouTuber who has a history of domestic violence and an actual domestic violence conviction. Anyone that claims to be a professional in a specific area, like a “lawyer”, should put their name and credentials in their About page, otherwise it is unprofessional and unethical.

Sorry to hear about the affair. Certainly not here to judge individuals especially with the limited information available. Should hope the school teacher involved is permanently terminated from the teaching profession and a full investigation conducted into their interactions with children as well. Presumably if either parent demonstrates a history of ongoing substance abuse, violence or other issues that could result in the harm of children, these would presumably be grounds to restrict custody…

Your account is one day old. Why does an “Australian Family Lawyer” randomly open a Reddit account today and start posting in Men’s Rights? What is it that you wanted to achieve? The post is presented as legal advice, and from a “Lawyer”, so what are the ethics of providing anonymous legal advice but not providing information to establish credentials?

The post mentioned alcoholism, emotional outbursts, and violence. Anyone who is being abused should report to authorities.

“your empty head doesn't recognise male victims of any kind of abuse” No empty head here. Sure, men can face problems and abuse. Never once suggested that.

Beta male? Kevin? The post mentioned alcoholism, emotional outbursts, and violence. Why not just respond to the question and explain how that mirrors your experience.

When someone randomly gives advice without providing their credentials or evidence of their expertise, people should be skeptical.

This is the time to demand full free universal healthcare like everywhere else.

Sexual abuse is a crime that must be reported, period. That should be the response.

Best advice to all is to respect your children, respect your partner, and respect yourself, conduct yourself with 100% honesty, integrity, and substance-free. If you cannot do that, then acknowledge you need some help, and seek out independent help, from a trusted doctor, therapist, support group.

Mirrors your experience? Including the alcoholism, emotional outbursts, and violence?

You missed the part about why the marriage dissolved. You also didn’t say why assets in a partnership should not be fairly split between both partners.

“take the law into their own hands”?!? What the heck does that mean exactly?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
