I don't have much advice, but I can say I fully relate. Sadly, it's hard to live as a RPW in this situation because it's only beneficial with a loving husband. I feel like being in cult like situations and childhood trauma train us to give up our needs for others. The women baffled at how you can marry someone like that have no clue (in my mind) how the programing flips your judgement. I was raised in a cult and I know for a fact that matched with CSA warped my idea of what a good husband was. I…

I will die on this hill. We need it. Imagine how different things would be if we could bleed and rage in peace. Heck it's even im The Bible.

Thisssss. I honestly think we should be allowed to check out for that whole time. I become a beast and my thought and hormones go on 1000.

Umm hell no. My husband can get his own plate; unless it's a special dinner. Best I can do is sexy casual (unless it's sexy time night). I got 2 toddlers I have no patience for that on the regular. If I did that and he calls me a bitch when I walk in the room I'm walking right back out. I'd never be caught dead or alive on TicTac. But yes I do make baller food so- that part is me 😂.

I was and still am awkward around kids except my own. I was thinking about that yesterday. I was so worried I wouldn't be able to interact well with my kids or be too timid or not know what to do. After 3 years I can say any anxiety I had is nonexistent.

But does she have peace within- Doubt it. Is she Happily married- doubt it. She might be pretty but do people actually like her? Even your own impression is evidence. I want to be happy and that only comes from within. So I'll keep that going and still look cute. I hope you do too and don't let her misery become yours. You are capable of more.

I agree with u/teaandtalk. I have many of the same issues and this seems to be helping me not get overwhelmed. Also not letting myself feel guilt over it helped a lot too.

My husband RedPilled me and I can say he had a very bad opinion of women. At first I was very defensive. After I stopped trying to prove him wrong and started being a better quality woman I saw changes, and I benefited from them. I can't say this will happen with all men. It depends on where they are in their maturing process. That being said, it never hurts to focus on working on your flaws instead of focusing on the other person in your life. If you're legit you'll be able to leave and move on…

He saw her reaction and said, "hmm maybe my dick can stay dry this time" rofl. I've never seen someone disappear so quick.

You can see them get madder and more flustered the more they don't get a reaction. I've never seen anyone get took before, but apparently that's how you do it. Don't assault people; especially with law enforcement around.

You've been played. He has shown you what he is capable of, and now it's up to you to take his actions as truth. If you stay then don't get mad when/if he screws you over too. Do you want him being the example for the children you might have? His excuses are bogus because he doesn't know who he is hurting. I guess he's also not paying the taxes on the stuff that he is "acquiring". So how he thinks he's really helping beats me. This boy honestly sounds like my father. Ask anyone that was around h…

I believe this too. I saw it so much in my early 20s. All these women I was acquainted with this toxic ideas of what the men they were interested in needed to do for them. I never grew up with that minds set so I always thought I needed to work hard to be worthy of a good man. For a long time I didn't think I could measure up. It brought a lot of conflict with my husband early on because he was redpilled and i wasn't. I couldn't understand his opinion of women (I still think that's an issue with…

I agree. I always grew up with the idea that when I was an adult it's my job to take care of myself. Once My husband and I became more serious we talked about what our relationship would look like and we choose the traditional route. Now that I'm a homemaker I am thankful for my experience. I understand how hard it is to work and make ends meat. So i work my butt off to make it easier for my husband. I don't always succeed haha, but I try. Cooking from scratch, going without, learning copycat re…

We have a traditional relationship. He provides resources and I'm the homemaker. Do you talk about it with each other? I'm not sure what the "it" is referencing to. Early on in our relationship we discussed what we felt like a marriage would look like, and both agreed we were on the same page. After that we touched base with each other to make sure we were still okay with how our relationship looked. At this point we've found a way to work together with our personalities are strengths and weakne…

My thoughts exactly. If she doesn't want a serious relationship right now. What better way then to entertain someone already taken that is smitten with you.

▪Guy pursues girl for a year. ▪Girl doesn't want guy. ▪Guy ends up with you. ▪Girl becomes more interested in guy. ▪Guy starts talking with girl (the one he originally wanted) everyday. ▪Guy talks about future with girl You know what this means, and you don't need anyone here to tell you... If the roles were reversed what would that mean?

I don't have the time or energy to give that much of a crap if my husband sees me naked frequently. He was at the butt end of me when i gave birth- both times. We are past that point lol.

1.Maybe a few times a month. 2.No I wouldn't say I prefer it. It's a different experience for me so it's not comparable. I enjoy both. 3.It doesn't affect it.

It seems like you don't want them to have friends that are exes, and they want to keep their friends that are exes. Seems like you have the answer in front of you. Maybe I'm biased because I wouldn't care. I have a friend from when I was 10. We dated briefly when we were teens. They are still my friend and I have left a relationship over ultimatums like that. You both seem to need to be with other people or figure out a compromise. One that is fair to ALL involved.

What is an appropriate level of contact for exes? (only messages on birthdays, inviting exes out to social circle events...) No one here can answer that, but you. You know what your boundaries are not us. That being said you're also going to have accept the consequences if that deal-breaker ends your relationship. Be honest with yourself, set your boundary, move on no matter the out come.

It's not a book (even though she does have one), but I love The Daily Connoisseur youtube channel by Jennifer Scott. She has been amazing and down to earth. Her tips have helped me be productive and realistic.

I mean the reason I'm on Reddit is because of my husband. So I'd have to disagree. I think you just have a good guy for you and you are thankful for it. I don't think judging the rest of the male population on Reddit due to the high viability of unhappy people is fair to the thousands of better adjusted people that interact on this platform.

First and foremost; lead by example. Then, don't force anything on them. They are going to explore the world, that's a part of how we learn and grow. Anything you try to Force will get push back. Live your life and your children will have that as a base wherever they go. Make sure you allow them space to be open-minded and reflect on what they feel in their gut. All we can do as parents is give them the tools and be a good example. They have to do the rest.

I agree. I think when I'm a MIL I'll over reach. How could I not I gave birth to my babies. Sometimes my MIL knows things I don't and she just wants to help me. She has been a loving kind woman that I don't agree with all the time, but she is an amazing grandma and MIL. I wish wives and MIL can connect again. They are the first defence for our children. Especially for SAHM.

I try to love everyday as normal as possible. I acknowledge that things in the world are changing, but that doesn't mean everything has to change with it. We keep our same routine, and communicate with the people we love. When it's time to go to the store I'll use some sanitizer, but I don't set myself to feel like I'm going in a war zone. I have to get groceries and it is what it is. Stressing will change nothing. It will only ensure that I'll be miserable. I've maintained my peace and I've fou…

Honestly we may be doing better now than we ever have been. We have worked our life in a way that has made us self-sufficient enough to be ok. Our relationship is growing better, our kids are thriving and we try to stay realistic. We are concerned about what this means for the future, but we know these things are out of our control. I'm just hoping our state gov doesn't get bold and try to drag this out.

I preped a steak dinner with roasted potatoes and asparagus on Sunday with lots of garlic and rosemary. Tonight is crockpot night so I'm making Spaghetti. And Saturday will be a Gochujang Chicken recipe I found on a sub.

I would encourage fleshing out parenting styles too. If your not on board here there are likely to be differences there too. Do Not have a baby with this man until you have most doubts and worries thought out. I assume you know that, but sometimes we need a reminder (i know i did). I say this especially of you plan on being a stay at home parent. It's ok the have a good connection with someone but just not be compatible on the Big things. The honest truth is you may or may not find someone if yo…

I want to comment on one thing because I think I have some relevant info. "why can't some guy just start talking to me from the next booth at the diner or something normal?" There are many men that don't dare approach women now-a-days. I can't say I have broken down why with them, but they are tired and have resorted to letting women come to them almost of out of survival. I had to message my husband on OkCup after we matched. I have several male friends that say they no longer initiate. These a…

Roasted Chicken, Potatos, and Asparagus. It's always delicious and a hit. I season with sea salt, pepper, paprika, and oregano; maybe turmeric too if I'm feeling fancy. Drizzle with olive oil then put in the oven for 30mins. Temp varies, but 400°F seems to work for me. Tacos are also good if you have most of the ingredients on hand. Add a can of beans on the size and you have a hearty meal.

1.) I wouldn't say yes because my husband helps were it's needed (and sometimes just because he wants to), but my primary responsibility and role is housekeeping, childcare, and selfcare. 2.) After I lost my job I wrote a letter/cover letter to my now husband, explaining my skill and what I could offer him as a housewife. We had a conversation about expectations, goals, and benefits and he gave it a shot. I try to schedule my tasks weekly. I still don't have a set schedule, but I know the bare m…

I put a circulating fan in the window to keep fresh air in the house. I love using the mini cinnamon brooms that come around fall time. This year I stocked up do I can use them throughout the year. Changing your air filters frequently helps. You can also bake things like pies and breads to fill the house with good smells. Edit: spelling is hard lol
