Defend himself within the confines of the law. In other words, not "over defending" himself. Handle the situation exactly as I you were being attacked by anyone.

You understand that almost any reporting of a sexual assault is self reported right? Just because someone doesn't file an official complaint to the police doesn't mean they weren't assaulted. People do a survey of a representative group. That is how almost every statistic is derived and statistic drive public policy all the time.

I would be very disappointed if they didn't have page 3, going from page 2 to page 4 is a ridiculous notion!

Rape victims feel shamed because they are traumatized and the human brain looks for a reason behind things. Then with major flaws in our society that tell women to not be prudes nor too promiscuous, lest you never find love. For male victims, our society tells them that they should lust for women and that being taken advantage by one is "unmanly". This causes people to blame themselves for the incident, rather than the filthy criminals who committed these heinous acts.

I basically agree, the only instance where it could have been. Sexual assault is the first few times when the OP was intoxicated. Of course it depends how intoxicated he was and if he could legally give consent. It was obviously an uncomfortable situation with some potential lying and manipulation but I still don't see rape.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
