I always think it is funny that avoiding commitment is not a big problem unless it is specifically around marriage, more specifically around male behavior related to it. Like there are times when people talk about not committing enough to a project or something like that, but really that is not a societal issue. I don't actually think that most people that are Trans believe that there are many genders. The Trans community that I have been involved with tends to believe that there are two genders, but that they are simply in the wrong physical representation of theirs. LGBT does not in any way refute the idea of transgender, but it does seem to refute the idea of a fluidic gender. It does seem to refute the idea that there are a vast array of genders.

This is a bit of a dangerous thought process. Unless you are saying that this particular therapist is that way. There are many different kinds of therapists out there, and their services are certainly applicable to men. Men might need mental health counseling just as women may need it. Two things: 1) I totally get the idea behind what you are saying. 2) I believe this language refers to cases in which the rapist has consensual sex with someone they think is at or above the age of consent while the victim is not above that age.
