I hate that we have to resort to this argument. The damage suffered by the person being falsely acused should be reason enough for the legal system to crack down on it. Too soon to say. We should distribute the data by course first. "Higher education" just means a diploma today, and lets be frank, depending on yout major you might as well have no diploma at all.
