3	1 Yourself and /u/SgtScream seem to both be using "race" and "culture" as if they're interchangeable. I would think race talks about physical characteristics whereas culture speaks to behavioural characteristics. To continue with a cut down version of your cats and dogs analogy: race is like the different breeds of dogs.
