Exactly haha just did what she did. For me i liked computers since I was kid believe me or not but i always had 2 options in mind, software engineer (mainly because of my early exposure and liking to computers) OR being a cook So now cooking is my hobby /free time stuff and software my profession.

Another stereotype is tech guy. This happened to me when I was in US for a conference (yes tech). I was at hostel and a random girl came and said i dont want to stereotype but you work in IT right? Mind you i was not wearing any company swagger, it was just tshirt and jeans. I said yes but then i responded back i don't want to stereotype but do you have gun? She said yes and we both just laughed, she ended up being my guide for San Diego lol. Too bad I was there only for a day.

yes you need but thanks to modern times you can skip it. There are game engines now where you just spawn a projectile object set static mesh and boom you have projectile. But I agree math is important. If not anything one should atleast understand basics statistics like mean, mode , median. These things are useful in real life. Stats can be very useful trust me.

although I agree with you but there will always be primitive instincts thanks to our evolution and genes. genes are programmed to do things. think of it like a chess AI engine, programmer programs it with some info and later chess AI makes it's own decision based on the info/programmed. so again you cannot 100% remove primitive instinct

well from Mon-Fri i work and then there is curfew at 6pm. My work finishes at 5:30 or sometimes 6pm. Currently I can go only on weekends. Yes I do go out for grocery shopping during week but during shopping I don't try that. ( maybe i should. don't know )

Currently trying to do same. I grind Mon-Fri. Saturday is for travelling solo and just trying to meet new people. Sunday is just relax day. Just reflection of week, food prep and getting prepared for next week.

OP you need to automate some of your computer stuff. Tbh most of the things can be automated on computer from automatically posting on social media to chat with clients and much more. If you are comfortable i can hrlp/share how you can automate your stuff. If you yourself are not technical hire someone. If you can't hire then learn on weekends.
