I normally don't like the "If it was a black man" line. But in this case I completely agree with you. They kept letting a person who was attempting to hurt people to escape free with a deadly weapon. This was completely cops not wanting to shoot a woman.

The argument is that if you as a business owner could freely hire a group of people and pay them less for the same level of work you would be stupid not to. Pay is most often based off of availability, the more people who are available to work a position, the less you have to pay them to have an available work force. It's one of the drawbacks of women entering the workforce en mass. Buissness suddenly had twice as many people to hire. So pay essentially was cut in half.

Girl talk about sex, both planning on the future, and play by plays about what happened in the bed last night. Will make anything, no mater how raunchy, talked about between your guy friends look tame and vanilla.

Gingers spend their adult lives conscious of sun exposure. 45min or so of direct exposure to the sun without sun screen is about when I start to get concerned. I have gotten slight burning in less than an hour before. If I was making it sound like I would get burned in 10 min I didn't mean to. The whining part I believe stems more from watching all our friends never having to worry about the sun unless they are going to the beach all day.

I burn very easily, and spent most of my childhood getting sunburns to one extent or another. If I dont want sunburns I need to slather on sunscreen. Loose/Loose. Almost every paper I have read has an exception for gingers or ignores them as to small of a variation to worry about. The ginger mutation exists primarily it seems to create vitamin D. That has not, nor ever will be my problem. Burning all the time, or slathering on possible toxic creams is. The paper I was talking about was saying I …

Years ago I read a paper about the amount of sun a person needs a day. It was short, like 5-10 min without a shirt in direct sunlight. It had times for every skin type except ginger. Ginger had an asterisk. The subnote said that as a ginger I pretty much get enough Vitamin D by walking by a window on a cloudy day. It was then that I came to accept the fact that I am going to have skin cancer.

My niece has gone on a tattoo spree the last few years. As far as I have been able to determine. She is trying to express how she thinks she feels. And she is doing it in a anti authority girl power way. Problem is, she has no real sense of self. So it has ended up just being a bunch of random thoughts.

Any time you feel like you want to do something for them. Take a step back and think very hard on your reasoning. It was easy for me to learn because my grandmother, mother, and two sisters are all the same woman in different points in their lives. Catching them in manipulation was as easy as saying no for no good reason and waiting to see if they changed approach. When younger this worked all the time. My mother would dig into the mud "figuratively" then drag me down with her. Then when I would…

Madonna/whore complex never was my problem, woman or man I take them as they are. I just could never figure out how my girlfriends could act like an adult and a spoiled child at damned near the same time. Then when I would call them on the bullshit it would somehow be my fault. Lots of anger. TRP helped me understand the concept of most responsible teenager in the room. Understanding hit me like a hammer when I learned of it. Life has been a hell of a lot easier even sense.

Wow, you know my mom? In my case though at around 15 I started realizing how self severing her actions were. The result ended up being that I feel a rush of rage whenever a woman poorly attempts to control me. Every woman attempts it, they cant help themselves, but wanting something from me I find cute, trying to control my actions never ends well. My mothers tool of choice was guilt. Even LTR's will get plated or completely dropped, sometimes on one attempt to manipulate me. Funny part is, I wa…

Companies want loyalty, but give none. Maybe the new generation understands that. I work 80+ hours a week. Build up more comp time than they could ever compensate me for, and am a key person in the company. I am willing to drop my 2 week notice at any time because I see no loyalty to employees. This is the 4th major corporation for me and two small businesses in the last 15 years. Perseverance my ass, when HR cronies, or management who is a hindrance gets in the way I walk. Same thing happened to a POW. Wife soaked up being the center of attention all the time because of how hard it must be fore her. Then when the husband got back she started a shit storm bout how he was abusive. I have a theory that when the husband is gone, they start feeding on the feels everyone gives them. And then when the husband gets back they loose those feels to people caring for the husband. And now that they are not the center of the world, and any lie they told starts coming to life th…

You misunderstand me. I own a few guns. In fact, my sig 226 still hasn't been fired because of my job and I am getting real itchy to go to a range with it. I was talking about the background check for gun shows. Cooling of periods are stupid. You will be hard pressed to ever convince me of a need for full auto on a personal weapon. This is a serious question. What in your opinion, would work for more gun control. I have been asking myself this for a while. The often touted gun show loophole is more of a state by state thing and I am fine with making that federal. Any more control of gun sales and you would end up with some sort of gun census that I am not sure you would ever get passed. And as for regulating types of weapons, making full auto weapons difficult or impossible to buy I am for. But beyond that every measure wo…

It needs no mastermind. Its a migration. By sheer numbers, they will attempt to change the culture of their new home to fit with what they find comfortable. The problem is that culture has a tendency to turn countries into shitholes.

Immigration if a few thousand from any one area or group per year. And yes, it is always good to bring in new blood. Migration is whats happening right now. And that will lead to culture clash as the new invading culture attempts to supplant the old. It will become bloody.

And the reaon givin is because people were not being nice. Hell, I want to go on and ask if the Mayor needs to be reminded to breath every so often. This.... I hope for all its worth that the US never reaches this point. I detest the high handedness of our police forces/union, but they would NEVER of allowed a event this large to have so few uniforms. An observation I have had before, and currently an issue with my girlfriend. I love a woman who knows her stuff. But a guy who is looking at new information will challenge the new information. This so very much. Guys love solid data to make decisions. We dont weigh long term social maybes and unspoken hints that are actually equal to handshake agreements. As it has been 8 hours I will try and answer as best I can a few things. Fodder, comes from the phrase "Cannon Fodder" The men who were lightly trained, lightly armed, but whose sheer numbers were required to rush through the artillery with massive casualties to reach an objective. Pro sports are getting very very stupid. Take cycling. I will bet, without a shadow of doubt, that at the pro level, no one who isn't enhancing somehow, will ever win a international level event again. My mother and sister were big into girl scouts when I was growing up. I remember conversations with my mother when I asked about why they would never camp. It broke down to two things. The larger was that girl scouts never hired a strong lawyer firm, so they pretty much roll over for every lawsuit that comes along. In my life, which is the only one I can truly speak for. Pain has never entered into the decision making process. If something needs to be done. No amount of pain should stop you from doing it. To not do something because it will hurt for a little while is quitting before you start.

I see a chicken/egg thing going on with guys and children. Guys have been teachers for young children forever. Hell, I was in k-6 school in the 80's, I had a bunch of male teachers and plenty of male interns. But these days being a k-12 teacher is crap pay. Her argument is that the entire world, full of predators, from a race of predators, needs to change and not the individual. Is this why rape affects some so badly? If I was raped by a guy tonight, I would identify what lead to the rape, then stop it from happening again. Then go about tracking the guy down and kill him. Is rape so overwhelming to some because it shatters a world view? I am being serious not sarcastic. I don't even know how any adult can hold a world view this self centered.

Why did you go through all that effort, what drove you to do this. They often reply with a stupid cookie cutter reply, or a silly sounding answer. I think the real problem is the military doesn't have a good standard for reporting and investigation. If your commander believes her, your done, game over, your only hope is to demand a trial. If the commander doesn't believe her, then you may never even hear of the accusation being leveled.
