Because, you know, caressing and unconcious women is something any man would do. That itself is an extremely predatory action and the person who did it was the only one called a proto-rapist. Coupled with the fact he followed a woman to her house after she turned down a demand for sex as payment for a ride home, I do not see this as being that far out of line. The other man was called a Saddest Panda, because his behavior was largely whining about not getting sex. He wasn't called a rapist.

Actually both letter writers tried to stand up for themselves, one was ignored completely by the creeper, the other was told to get over it by the guys friends. These cases both have guys who go beyond the bounds of being socially awkward. They were using behavior that was threatening to more than just the letter writers. Doing such things once or twice, or until confronted is one thing, but the men described continued with the actions long after they should have learned better.

Did you not read the discussion? She finds the list incredibly sexist because it's aimed just at the boys. In fact everyone in the comments it of the same opinion on that. They all agree it should cover both guys and girls.

This is why I don't tend to call myself a feminists. There is as much stigma attached to it as there is being a victim. I think that people should all be responsible for their own actions, including when they choose to get shitfaced.
