| 2 | LiftingYoutube is your friend. I don't follow any pre-designed program. Workout your major muscle groups on a rotation: chest, shoulders, arms, back, core (front and back), legs. | 6 | What is losing your father like?My old man died about 6 years ago. Growing up I didn't appreciate many of his methods, but now that as I mature and look back, I could understand what he was trying to accomplish with some of his ways. Really, teaching me to be stoic and strong no matter how bad things got.
