2	Has anyone followed a graded action plan based on Mark Manson's Models? I'm 20 an I'm just starting my journey. Worked through a lot of stuff that happened befofe and the insecurities that come along with it. Starting with everything mentioned in Models and maybe his articles helped me a lot. 10	How do I expand my social circle? Do you have any hobbies? I think you should try to expand on them and build relationships there. If you play soccer in a club then try to organize stuff with the people from the club. Or organize learning groups with classmates and then move with it to meetups to do something with them. 2	How can I take things further? I basically ask for her number with the intention to meet her. Like: "I really like you and I'd want to get to know you better. When do you have time for a coffee?" this can vary from situation. If it is over text I just text her: "Hey how you doin?/What are you up to?" and then I just ask: "What are your plans this week?"/"When do you have time to meet up?"
