Yeah, my ex girlfriend had a habit of being like the last option to her male friends. She was always flirty enough that she had plausible deniability, but dudes could read into it and think "she likes me." She was crazy for attention.

I think their intentions are fine. I doubt they'd put much effort into a friendship like that. The thing is though, it's bad to stick around someone that rejected you. You'll always have a bit of insecurity surrounding them. "Why wasn't I good enough?" "Do I still have a chance?" I've had oneitis and it's honestly the worst feeling. You become so insecure.

I saw this recently with an ex. I was an idiot and wanted her back a bit (crazy hot and super high libido. yes I'm still blue pilled in actions). She wasn't that keen given when I dumped her, I also got some revenge on her for cheating. Anyway, after she ditched one of our hangouts, I met a new girl and gained interest in her. I mentioned her in a conversation with my ex (admittedly to provoke a reaction). My ex preceded to freak the fuck out and begged me to take her back. It's really interesti…

These are pretty cringey responses. They come across as too angry, and flying into a rant as a response to a question just looks insecure.

I see this as a positive. Your move was pretty forward, it's obvious you're interested in her if you come back with a card. She easily would have ignored it if she wasn't interested.

I'll be honest, it seems like you're equating financial success with happiness. If that's the case for you, then power to you, but you should avoid projecting your views onto everyone. Also, isn't the against the content rules? The rules state that titles shouldn't say "don't do x".

That's just it. A tonne of the guys that pull at the events aren't just going to pick up, they're there to dance. The other week I went to a concert in the genre I like. I was enjoying the music and met a girl as a result.

I think this is a really good post. If you want to have causal relationships, you need to be somewhat disengaged. She's in a casual relationship because she doesn't want drama, she just wants simple fun. If you're in a casual relationship, you shouldn't really be all that emotionally invested in it. The idea of a casual relationship is that you have a bunch of shit going on for you, so you enter something casual so you have fun to fill in the gaps.

Add in "build a skill that can translate into some sort of financial success" and you've got yourself a stew.

The key to monk mode, I feel, is getting to a place where you feel confident in yourself. I feel like the sexual frustration is fuel for improving. I definitely agree that it needs to be rigidly planned. You have to say "I plan to achieve x, y, z, and a, then I'll get back on the market."

He loved her for 9 years and didn't make a move. I doubt he was alpha.

She'll cheat on him, leave him, or stay with him but be miserable. I don't think a relationship can work on the basis of talking yourself into it. Attraction imo is something that's pretty quick to develop. There's a natural chemistry where you instantly enjoy someone. She doesn't want him deep down, he was just the best option at the time. Eventually she'll meet a coworker or something that. He'll make her feel tingly, and she'll suddenly start getting the urge to get a nice haircut, dress nice…

Yes, this obviously has to go both ways. One of the most important factors of a relationship is making sure they're an equal contributor.

Nice cope... Giving the girl an orgasm as well gives her a reason to keep coming back. If she doesn't cum, then it's just not as advantageous for her. I'm not saying to sacrifice your own orgasm, I'm just saying, find a way that you can both get off. When she orgasms, she'll associate you with positive hormone releases.

Yes, dominating them in bed plays into subconscious evolutionary desires. Being dominant in bed basically means acting like the cave man alpha that impregnated the most women in prehistoric times. It's important to let the girl know beforehand it's all in good fun. That being said, it's important to make sure she gets enjoyment as well. A lot of guys apparently don't stimulate the clitoris enough during sex. You have to kind of angle it in there a bit.

The thing that gripes me about Jordan Peterson is he often says "x is bad and needs to be avoided" without actually necessarily describing why.

This is a really cool post. It's such a simple observation, but a powerful one. I truly do think those who lash out at others are weak. The alpha is composed and unphased. They go about their life, achieving what they want. True power can't be forced. True power is gained by one's virtue being as such that others want to follow naturally. Trying to gain power through intimidation just shows the other that you lack natural talents. They'll turn on you the second they can. I recommend Machiavelli'…

It's pretty common people see confrontational behaviour as weak, no matter how jacked the guy is.

I like these, because of how simple they are. Coming out with something long will mostly seem flustered. It's also useful to be a little playful, I think.

There were definitely cringey parts to this whole thing. The pleading was definitely a mistake, and probably undid a lot of work. If she had a prior engagement, it would have been way better to avoid inviting her back. You could have used it as an opportunity to show an abundance mentality. Also in general, being too crass is not great unless she shows that she likes that sort of humour. I don't think it's a complete loss, though. Ask her out on another date to see where that goes.

Tennis is a great sport to see mentioned here. Federer is an alpha male without fitting the usual over-compensating stereotype we see. He is a man who focuses on honing his craft to absolute insane levels - even when he's on top, he improves. When he got old, he fought even harder to develop his technique. He's a dedicated family man who isn't afraid to show his sensitive side in public. He's also extremely respectful and grounded despite being one of the most successful sportsmen in history. I …

By simply being good: having a high SMV and assuming leadership. If you keep making good decisions, she'll increasingly love being with you. If you are good at communicating, work out what her wants and needs are, and make sure those are satisfied.

At the same time, leading is also a responsibility. If you want to take the "lead" in a relationship, it's important to communicate with your partner, and strive to keep them happy (without making sacrifices). A beta pretending to be an alpha will want to lead a woman, but not know how to maintain her subservience (this tends to lead to abusive men, who have an impotent rage because they can't control their woman). She has to have a reason to want to let you lead. The second you leading negative…

I'm not white knighting, I just respect women. You're gonna be lonely if you keep thinking of them as meat

No, there's nothing wrong with women seeking out dudes/being picky.

So true. We don't see how OP has been. For all we know, he's out of shape, and just generally unambitious as fuck. I truly believe that ambition is the thing women desire in a man most. If OP is complacent and phoning in his average 9-5 and just sitting on the couch all day, it makes sense she hates him too. He judges her body, but I'd love to hear about his. Honestly, a lot of men who think they've taken the red pill are actually still blue pilled and completely one-sided. The real red pill is …

Any friend should be with the intention of having them as a friend for life. Being an "alpha" is also a responsibility, not just a power. If you look out for others, they kind of just naturally assume your leadership. The key to being the dominant one isn't enforcing power, it's making people realise that looking up to you is best for them.

Honestly, you sound super bitter, and like your standards are absolutely way too high. You're also making things out to be super binary. It's not a choice between Plain Jane and Sexy Sally. There are some incredibly attractive women out there with unique tastes in men. The women that go for guys in expensive penthouses and who drive Ferraris, they aren't the kind of women you want to go after. They look pretty, but are usually pretty vain. You can find someone just as pretty who has a good enoug…

Blue hair doesn't necessarily sound bad, if you take her for what she is (nothing more than fuck buddy material). I'm guessing she's quite attractive. Poor Jerry has two problems here, one, he's obviously not pursuing her hard enough. He needs to make a move so she can either accept it or reject it, and he can move on. Secondly, obviously he's getting attached to a girl who is not LTR material. His issue is that in his current life situation, it sounds like he's not really coming across many wom…

I think women are insanely good at intuiting what your intentions are. When you're specifically going out looking for women, they can tell. Most women don't like the idea that you're only talking to them to enter their pussy. They also hate the idea that you basically only want them because of proximity, you two happened to be in the same place at the same time. I truly think it's best not to actively seek out women. Just live your life for the sake of living your life, meet people because they …
