You are absolutely right. But... the assumption here is that results with approaches conform to the normal distribution... which might not be the case as we aren't just flipping a coin. One well know example is a stock market, where Benoit Mandelbrot shown that models based on Gaussian distribution are wrong. I concur that the psychology an average chick is more erratic than the stock market. PS. My OP was a joke, of course.

I can confirm that. I've been of CrossFit and Keto for awhile. Unfortunately I decided to try vegan and committed to it for as long as I can keep up with CrossFit workout and don't screw up my lift numbers. Keto without meat/eggs/milk is almost impossible without malnutritioning yourself.
