i disagree with this, if the salesperson happens to be the very salesperson that screwed you, yell at them, for they are the one that has caused an issue, however, if you go back to yell at the person and they're not there, don't yell at their buddy. companies are made up by the people, they're not some faceless machine, the employees make up the machine. just be angry at the right people.

I think he’s probably become disillusioned and is struggling to find something to believe in, which is why he’s going ham on the comments and ignores everything that’s actually helpful because he wants confirmation that everything sucks and that people ‘deserve’ to feel shitty because that’s how he feels right now.
