Yeah but condoms are floating around 70% and birth control for women is easily 99.9% with an IUD. I have no way to "unload the gun." Its obviously not equal, and of course that's not the fault of women. Nor is it that it's their choice. It's just an unfortunate coincidence that men have so little power over the situation. Yeah, let me just permanently take away my ability to have a kid real quick. I dont get a say over a womens body, but without more effective Male birth control I dont have much say over having a kid either. I'll give you the same argument we use for women: I consented to sex, not having a child.

It really is great to hear that. Somewhere along the lines this whole thing got off track... on the flip side OP's post is a great example of how gender issues are double sided-- the limits we place on what women can do mean those tasks can become a burden for men alone and the things we expect women to do can end up excluding men from those tasks.
