Considering how highly educated Iranians are even compared to countries in‌ Europe and the Americas the likelyhood of Iraq, a country where nearly half the population are ilitterate has a higher national average than Iran seems impossible.

Not true at all. Micheal Axworthy's book "A History of Iran" says that there's genetic continuity within Iranians and that they're one of the most stable genetic populations and he's not alone. That is the consensus. Things just change, Baghdad used to be world leading in science and technology until the mongols arrived.

I have a background similar to yours, and my dad constantly says that Norwegian girls (where I was born) are great for fucking but not much more.

Because at the end of the day, it's an incomplete statement. Looks don't matter for friendship purposes. Looks do matter for sexual attraction. As a former obese guy, I can guarantee you that it matters for nearly every interaction you have with other people, including building new friendships.

The thing that worked for me at least was just reducing calorie intake. I used to weigh nearly 130 kg, dropped to 75 kg in approximately a year by eating 1000 calories per day. I don't recomend eating this little because you will feel absoloutely terrible. I could probably have eaten about 1500 calories per day and dropped 1 kg per week, you are a little taller than me so you could probably do that as well, calculate your TDEE just to make sure. Count your calories, every single thing you put in…

You have a BMI of over 30, that is classified as obese. I used to have a BMI of 30 and I looked pretty fat, unless you are one of those people who have most of the fat stored internally you probably look a bit too pudgy.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
