Personally I don't wait for the threats to come, I get away from potential psychos as early as possible. I don't mind working twice as hard or even twice as long as long as I don't have to deal with this kind of BS. So if it means telling the boss I'm uncomfortable being alone with someone I'll do it. Quick question. What are issues "specific to women"? Is there an issue that men cannot care about? Is there really an issue that doesn't also effect men? We have mothers, sisters, wives and daughters.
