0	What's the best action when you slip? Forgot where I learned this from but I use the "I'm sorry" or "my bad" approach. If I purposely do something and it ends up hurting another person, if I feel bad about it, then I use "I'm sorry" (but I don't apologize for calling someone out for example, even if it's intentional and I know it hurts their feelings). Otherwise, if I make a mistake and unintentionally end up hurting someone, I use "my bad". 1	NMMNG companion book worth it? Read the first couple chapters and it seems to be a workbook type exercise book. I'd recommend it if you are new to MRP, however, veterans and experienced users may find it trivial. You have to be active and take notes, and there is some downloadable material you can get to use, fill in the blank kind of stuff.
