There must be some cultural differences in action here. In Finland we tend to STFU, and can have full conversations for hours by using only couple of sentences. (Opposite when drunk) But yeah, most people are very introverted here, and dont want to make others uncomfortable. It is polite to to ask if it is alright to speak with strangers especially.

Checked it and it is ecactly as we are taught. Multiplication and division are at same hierarchy. I disagree. Causing risk for people or property should (and is) considered a crime. (Speeding, driving under the influence, reckless use of dangerous equipment etc.) I dont know about the laws about driving a bike on the walkway, but i consider it so minor risk that i would not consider it big risk enough to warrant it be a crime.

The loss of jobs is twofold. Women treat the low income men like shit, and therefore the men see women for who they really are.
