3	This got me 😂 I feel therapy is something that you can't stop completely because as we get older we change and new circumstances can effect us in different ways. Due to that, if I were you I would view therapy in the same vein, as a check up at the doctor's or an eye test. Which must be done to keep you functioning to the best of your ability.
