Yes, they can. It may be more difficult, but it would probably be easy for a woman to date rape a man. Also depends on your definition of rape. If every definition which feminists use to attack males was used against females, then there would be quite a number of times when women rape men per week.

Of course, there are probably well-meaning female egalitarians that simply don't know about the sexism towards men. I don't think you could really call them feminists, though, since they support equality, not female supremacy.
