Okay, the one who said "his breasts can't be bigger than mine". That's reasonable.

Would a farmer be able to sell food if we weren't willing to buy?
/r/PussyPassDenied30/12/20 03:08 PM

But does he, really? Is sex, the actual physical act, the product he sells?
/r/PussyPassDenied30/12/20 02:34 PM

Women sell sex to men, not the other way around. That fact alone explains 80% of the relationship between men and women.

Nope, Left run cities have been burning under Leftist rule. The Federal government cannot intervene in local affairs (state, county, or city) unless, a) requested, or b) it directly effects other states.

You don't have a fucking clue what is going on. Don't toe the feminist line, don't be surprised to find out that you're a Nazi.

I'm pointing out that there are a significant number of people that profit from this, and most of them are on the left. You've not made a single argument to dissuade me of that opinion.

The leftists are the ones who did this. Do you not remember Kavanaugh?

Why would this post be received positively on "women positive" subs? It would most likely be removed and the poster banned.

We make a mistake when we believe those who fall for #metoo and #believeallwomen are either malicious or stupid. The power of social indoctrination around the treatment of women combined with biological pressure to favor their survival makes it unlikely that even most highly intelligent people will reach these conclusions without suffering some kind of direct or indirect trauma.
/r/PussyPassDenied27/09/20 01:17 PM

There is a strong leftward bias in the majority of the redditor admins. Honestly, if you aren't aware of the political leanings and use of the #metoo and #believeallwomen movements then you just haven't been paying attention.

My point is that you are being pedantic, and that's coming from someone that prides themselves on being pedantic. You know very well that behavior qualifies for what's being discussed but deliberately misunderstand so as to score some kind of internet points. Congrats.

Okay, that's great, but how many guys find that a lot of girls make sure that they are "proximate"?

True, but no amount of effort will save Quasimodo, and not being born Quasimodo is luck, too. Luck won't get you to a victory, but it can take one away.

I've seen the women "holding out". They have nothing men value.

That increasing suicide rate means that they're just trying to be more competitive with men, right? Can't let guys have all the fun.

I don't understand where bargaining power could be improving, anyway, since the assets men value most from women decline in value with time. I mean, we don't care if they have money, education, or accomplishments. Those aren't the things that draw our attention.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/20 06:15 AM

If everyone improves it just changes the definition of mediocre.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/01/20 06:12 AM

I'd like to see the stats on who is more willing to go it alone more, 'cause my personal experience is the opposite and this gives no stats. Also, the older women get the less they have the things that men want, so saying that it somehow puts them in a better position is going to need some explanation.

Yeah, but when it does move, well, it's hard to stop a train.
/r/PussyPassDenied22/01/20 10:19 PM

This is why strength has always been considered a masculine trait. And the gulf only widens with training.
/r/PussyPassDenied22/01/20 10:17 PM
1

Yeah, but by those same charts I'm 120 lb overweight, which is morbidly obese, and I am quite capable of those things because, as I have mentioned elsewhere, weight training and conditioning work are a part of regular routine. I just out eat my work, so morbidly obese. I still think that 160 lb is a bit light as a weight max. 180 would be much more reasonable.

That comment is fluctuating anywhere between -1 and -2. So, if wrong target it's because I am confused as to why. Still don't get the mean part. It's just a fact, plainly spoken.
/r/PussyPassDenied22/01/20 07:32 PM
1

That's getting close to immobilization weight, which is much higher than your standard morbidly obese. Though, depends on your point of reference.
/r/PussyPassDenied22/01/20 07:29 PM
2

What's mean? I don't get it. Hell, what was the joke? I'm 39% bodyfat and am far more active than a lot of proportional people. Heavy weight training and conditioning work are part of my regular routine. But no amount of exercise is getting past my gluttony That's a whole different discipline.
/r/PussyPassDenied22/01/20 07:19 PM
2

Your point being that they could be but choose not to, or can't because of their weight? I'm getting a lot of downvotes for simply making a statement of fact, which is that it is possible to be fat and active.
/r/PussyPassDenied22/01/20 07:15 PM
-4

I'm not sure who you're responding to.
/r/PussyPassDenied22/01/20 07:10 PM
2

You don't have to lose weight to move weight, and Eddie Hall was often riding 30%+ bodyfat in his strong man competitions. There are some useful traits to being heavy, like being more difficult to over balance. Hell, look at the training that Sumo wrestlers do. They're ridiculously strong.
/r/PussyPassDenied22/01/20 07:05 PM
3

I didn't say he was. If you actually read through the thread you'd realize that it had evolved into a general discussion rather than one specific to the person in the video. That said, 1) "relatively active" doesn't mean athlete and 2) there are plenty of very strong people out there who are very fat because it's easier to build and maintain large amounts of muscle when you stay at a calorie surplus. But, hey, if you're just looking for someone to be mad at on the internet, I'm your Huckleberry.
/r/PussyPassDenied22/01/20 06:54 PM

Morbidly obese does not preclude you from being active. A lot of active people are obese because you can't outrun a bad diet.

I actually find these kind of communication issues interesting because of how much I interact with specialists in my own field. Obviously communication issues come up much less often. So, if you think it's worth your while I would be interested in the information.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/20 05:21 PM
1

I, too, have that issue. And I, too, have a similar background. I've also seen people double down on "that's not what need means" and "that analogy is bad" even after clarification is provided. Which is why I don't buy the argument that people are misunderstanding the point.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/20 03:32 PM
2

So, your argument that you didn't need sex during that period is based on you having psychological problems known to reduce libido?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/20 03:29 PM
1

Again, I had no issues understanding his point, and I addressed the issue of the analogy. There can be many reasons for misunderstanding, and it's possible that it is not even the presentation that is the real problem here. But, it could also be that I'm just better at getting to the actual message being conveyed than others are. After all, I've never understood how people fail to understand the Architect scene in the second Matrix, so it's possible I just can't relate.

No one understands words therefore OP is wrong? Not really a good argument. I'm uncertain as to what is unclear. He used basic English with no obscure or unusual words, did so in a direct manner, couched his terms in the definition used, and attempted to provide an analogy, which people have also become hung up on due to "hyperbole", which is a nitpicking of presentation, rather than a discussion of the topic. Please, help me out here. Are we even reading the same post?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/20 02:23 PM
1

Porn exists to satisfy a compulsion, as do strippers and prostitutes. They are treatments, not symptoms nor illness.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/20 11:55 AM
1

I didn't say life essential, and OP went out of his way to say that's not what he meant. I continue to call it a compulsion in order to bring clarity, but no one seems interested in discussing the actual point being made as much as arguing over the literal and colloquial uses of the word "need".
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/20 11:52 AM
2

Conversation ended with the character assassination.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/20 01:41 AM
4

You intentionally misunderstand and misrepresent me in your response. Hasty, irrationally aggressive and vitriolic. You prove my point quite splendidly.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/20 01:33 AM
5

Or you have found some other method of satisfaction. Some do break under the compulsion. Some kill, some rape. Remember, people are animals. You must teach them to be civilized.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/20 01:18 AM
4

You also need social acceptance and self respect. Needs can counter needs. If we could not temper our behavior with social conditioning we would never have gotten to such complex, sophisticated, and genteel societies.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/20 01:03 AM
2

Our most ancient of ancestors murdered by the dozens for reproductive access and you call this compulsion a social construct?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/20 12:59 AM
3

Men kill each other over food only when they're starving, but kill each other over women even when there's no "need" at all. Something that can cause that kind of behavior in otherwise rational actors cannot be classified as a mere want.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/20 12:57 AM
10

You can need both. They aren't mutually exclusive. And prostitution has been so thoroughly disparaged in most modern societies that most men are shamed if they can't get laid without paying for it directly.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/20 12:47 AM
9

There's a reason why most societies had respect for those who took vows of chastity, and why there's such an extensive history of people breaking said vows.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/20 12:44 AM
3

Considering that men frequently behave in reckless ways, willingly give up food and shelter, and sometimes even die as part of trying to get laid, there's a case to be made for it being an overriding compulsion. If you think that this is hyperbole, just consider any event where a man gets killed by a jealous husband/boyfriend/previous claimant.

If you're looking for friends, then that's what you're after. If you're looking for a romantic partner, then it's not. Combine that with knowing that you only have so much time and energy, which means you can't maintain an infinite number of relationships, and you will inevitably get to the point where you don't actually need one more friend.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/20 09:59 PM

Yeah, but I have friends. So....

In most instances that's a breach of contract. There are legal remedies for it.

Such a hostile tone is not likely to make people receptive to your message, but since the purpose of reddit is to look at random pictures and watch strangers turn themselves into their worst selves while battling over who is most miserable, I look forward to it.

At the end of the day, no one wants to feel like the lesser option. They passed you up when they were young and fun, but now that things have changed suddenly your "good enough". It may not matter what they "feel", finding someone who isn't settling when they're with you is always better.
