–	Advice As someone who is also on the spectrum I recommend people watching and mimicry. Also focus on being funny. You are going to be weird regardless, it is better to get used to that now and start finding ways to work that in your favor. Another benefit autistic people have is our ability to stick to strict workout regimes. Become hot, it doesn't matter how weird you are if you are attractive. 1	Q4BP: Why is gymbro used as an insult? You sound really beta and I understand why you need TRP. The largest guys at your gym are nerdier than you. This is true for EVERY gym. The bodybuilder who trained me was a professional Yu-Gi-Oh player. His trainer does cosplay. In order to get the sizes and physiques you need to be borderline autistic and have insane will power. You treat yourself like a WoW character and use your exercises and macro counting to max your stats.
